Vercel (USA)
We host our website with Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit our website, Vercel collects various log files, including your IP address. Vercel is a cloud hosting provider based in the United States.
Legal basis: The use of Vercel is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable and secure presentation of our website. To ensure data protection when transferring data to the USA, Vercel has implemented Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

Booking appointments (self-hosted cal.rs)
On this website, we offer the option to book a 15-minute introductory call. Bookings are made via cal.rs, a self-hosted open-source scheduling platform that we run on our own infrastructure within the European Union. The booking page is displayed in an embedded window (iframe) directly on our site.
When you book an appointment, we collect and process the following data:
- Name
- Email address
- Preferred date and time
Purpose: The data is used solely for scheduling and conducting the call.
Storage location: The data is stored on our own servers within the European Union and is not shared with third parties.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). By filling in and submitting the booking form, you consent to the processing of the provided data for the purpose of scheduling the appointment.
Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. To do so, send an email to the address listed in the imprint.
6. Analysis tools
Umami Analytics (self-hosted)
This website uses Umami Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics tool that we run on our own infrastructure within the European Union. Umami does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not perform cross-site tracking or fingerprinting.
When you visit our website, Umami only records the following aggregated usage data:
- Pages visited (URLs)
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution)
- Approximate geographic origin at country level (derived from anonymised IP)
No IP address storage: Umami does not store IP addresses. Geolocation is performed at country-level only, and the IP address is discarded immediately after this determination. Individual persons cannot be identified.
Storage location: Analytics data is stored on our own servers within the European Union and is not shared with third parties.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in understanding how our website is used so that we can improve it. The technology has been chosen to protect our visitors' privacy to the greatest extent possible.
Opt-out: You can disable Umami data collection at any time by enabling the “Do Not Track” setting in your browser. Umami respects the Do-Not-Track signal and will cease all collection when it is active.

Local fonts (self-hosted)
This site uses web fonts for the uniform display of text. To protect your privacy, these fonts are hosted locally on our own server. No connection to Google's servers or other third-party servers is established when the page is loaded, and no IP addresses are transmitted in connection with font rendering.
